Town Council

The Town of Red Springs operates under the Council-Manager form of government. This system combines the strength of an elected Mayor and Board of Commissioners with a professional Council-appointed Town Manager and staff.

Economic Development
As we continue to grow and expand the Town of Red Springs from an economic perspective, there may be opportunities to aggressively recruit potential business clients. The Town Manager and/or Elected Officials may be reimbursed for any cost incurred in pursuing Recruitment/Lobbying efforts. Those costs will be reimbursed by turning in actual receipts to recoup cost incurred.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Ordinance is effective August 4, 2014.
