To build relationships within our diverse and vibrant community to meet the challenges of reducing crime; to help our citizens feel safe; and to render the highest ethical standards demanded of professional law enforcement.

The Police Department office hours of operation will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The information desk will close at 5:00 pm each business day and re-open at 8:00am the next business day. Citizens are urged to dial 911 for assistance and emergencies and after hours.

Anyone in need of assistance from a Police Officer should dial 911 to prevent the delay in receiving help.

The change will not affect the Police protection for the Town of Red Springs, only how they are dispatched.
