Equal Payment Plan

Red Springs Electric Equal Payment Program (EPP)

To qualify for this plan the account holder must reside in the home receiving electrical service from the Town of Red Springs and have an excellent payment history with no cut offs for non-payment of bills.
Sign up for the EPP plan will only be accepted in November of each year.
The EPP amount will remain the same for 11 months. The monthly charges for water, sewer and/or sanitation are not included in the EPP.
