Welcome to the Human Resources Department! 

With a Diverse work force the Town of Red Springs is committed to excellent service for all of our employees. Human Resources provides administration of personnel policies, recruitment, selection, development and maintenance of an effective and responsible work place.  This department further addresses conditions of employment, employee benefits, work rules, grievance procedures, position classification, pay administration, safety, training and wellness for all departments. 

It is the policy of the Town to foster, maintain, and promote equal employment opportunities.
