Observed Holidays
The Town of Red Springs not only wants to provide a workplace to our employees but to be able to offer them time off with paid days off benefits. This is to provide time to enjoy the Holidays with family and loved ones during the year. In some cases it may not be able to give the exact day due to shifts, work schedules and emergencies, but the employee will be compensated with another day off when possible.
